MAPA eMoto Policy Planning Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
The Metropolitan Area Planning Agency (MAPA) is issuing an eMoto Policy Planning Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from consultants for development of a policy governing the use of electric mobility devices, particularly high-powered electric motorcycles, on the Omaha-Council Bluffs metropolitan area’s regional trail system.
Qualified firms are invited to submit a proposal with a statement of qualifications.

Written questions regarding this RFQ are due by Friday, May 8, 2026.
Proposals must be submitted to MAPA by 4:30 p.m. CDT May 15, 2026.
