Sarpy County Transit Study and 2050 Long Range Transportation Plan

MAPA and Sarpy County are conducting a transit study to assess additional transit services which would be beneficial in meeting the needs of county residents.

Sarpy County residents are encouraged to attend one of three public meetings to share their opinions on additional types of transit services they believe would be best in meeting their needs to get to work, errands or appointments.

Attendees will also have an opportunity to provide feedback in determining future transportation needs of the metropolitan region through the next several decades. MAPA is drafting its 2050 Long Range Transporation Plan (LRTP). The purpose of the LRTP is to provide a vision for transportation development 34 years into the future.

Join us Monday, March 7, 2016 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Bellevue Public Schools Support Center Building at 2820 Arboretum Drive in Bellevue to provide feedback on additional transit services for Sarpy County and goals and strategies for our transportation systems.
