Market Value Analysis

Back

The Regional Market Value Analysis (MVA) is a data-driven tool that can be used to analyze residential real estate markets, understand current housing conditions and support local decision-making.

The Market Value Analysis can be used to assess many factors including housing affordability, home ownership, and housing market changes over time as well as help identify and prioritize development and investment opportunities. Local communities can use the MVA resource to make data-based investment and programmatic decisions.

MAPA was awarded a grant from the Front Porch Investments’ Development and Preservation Fund to develop this regional housing market value analysis. The firm CommunityScale was contracted to support this project.

MAPA’s Market Value Analysis includes information for Douglas, Sarpy, Washington and Cass Counties in Nebraska and Pottawattamie and Mills Counties in Iowa.
