Draft FY2027 Unified Planning Work Program
BackMAPA is accepting comments on its Draft FY2027 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP). This document outlines MAPA’s transportation-related activities and projects for Fiscal Year 2027 (July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027). It covers MAPA’s transportation planning activities for the metropolitan planning area in Douglas and Sarpy Counties in Nebraska and western Pottawattamie County in Iowa.
The public comment period runs March 26, 2026, to April 20, 2026. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m. April 20, 2026, via email to transportation@mapacog.org or U.S. Mail: MAPA, 2222 Cuming St., Omaha, NE 68102.
The April meeting of the MAPA Board of Directors will serve as the public meeting for the Draft FY2027 Unified Planning Work Program. The meeting will take place at 1:30 p.m. on April 23, 2026, at MAPA offices, 2222 Cuming St., Omaha, NE 68102.
