5310 Program Management Plan
BackThe Omaha-Council Bluffs Metropolitan Area Planning Agency (MAPA) became the Designated Recipient of FTA Section 5310 program funds in 2013. As such, MAPA must detail how it plans to administer the 5310 program in a Program Management Plan (PMP). This PMP describes MAPA’s policies and procedures for administering the Federal Transit Administration’s (FTA) Section 5310: Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities program. The PMP is intended to facilitate both MAPA’s management and FTA oversight by documenting the agency’s procedures and policies for administering these programs in a single document.
