The Regional Planning Affiliation (RPA)-18 Policy Board and Technical Committee will meet at the Secondary Roads Department of Pottawattamie County, 17501 Eastern Hills Drive, Council Bluffs, Iowa at 11:00am on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. The meeting will be held in person and virtually, in accordance with Chapters 21 and 22 of the Iowa Code (Official Meetings open to Public)
