Comments Sought for 2040 LRTP Amendment

Cost increases are occurring for several Nebraska Department of Roads construction projects in Douglas and Sarpy Counties.  Here’s your chance to review an amendment  to MAPA’s 2040 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) which would adjust funding to cover these cost increases and provide comments.

The public comment period for this amendment runs through August 29, 2016 and will include an open house-style public meeting from 4:30 to 6 p.m.  Tuesday, August 16 at MAPA offices, 2222 Cuming Street, Omaha.   Please arrive at any time during the meeting time frame.

If you cannot attend the meeting, please submit written comments via mail or email by 4:30 p.m. on August 29, 2016.
