Strategic Plan FY2025 Plan of Work
BackMAPA’s Strategic Plan guides agency work and serves as a foundation for staff decision-making. A new Strategic Plan is created every five years, and the Plan is annually reviewed and updated as part of the budgeting and goal-setting process conducted each year.
The current Strategic Plan is effective from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2028 and can be found at mapacog.org/projects/strategic-plan/.
This document provides an update on work relating to the strategic plan from fiscal year 2024, as well as a detailed plan of work for fiscal year 2025.
