BackThis form may be used to file a complaint with the Omaha-Council Bluffs Metropolitan Area Planning Agency (MAPA) pursuant to discrimination laws, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Executive Order 13166, “Improving Access to Services for Persons with Limited English Proficiency” and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
