For the first time since 1984, MAPA is updating its Interlocal Agreement. The current agreement stipulates revisions must be approved by at least 75% or 48 of the 64 MAPA member entities. Members are encouraged to attend and submit ballots at the Council of Officials meeting taking place Wednesday, April 12 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the new Blair Public Library, 2233 Civic Drive, Blair, NE 68008.
MAPA sent the complete revised Interlocal Agreement electronically to Council members as part of the Council of Officials meeting packet for the April 12 meeting.
For those members unable to attend the April 12 meeting, MAPA will host a conference call at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 13 to review the proposed revisions and answer any questions. Join the conference call by dialing 1-800-567-5900 and entering access code 102653.
