The Omaha-Council Bluffs Metropolitan Area Planning Agency (MAPA) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to develop the Iowa Regional Planning Affiliations (RPA) 13 and 18 Community Comprehensive Safety Action Plan.
The RPA Safe Streets for All Comprehensive Safety Action Plan will focus on seven rural communities located within the RPA boundaries: Atlantic, Clarinda, Glenwood, Harlan, Missouri Valley, Red Oak, and Shenandoah, Iowa. It will prioritize strategies that maximize opportunities for discretionary funding to implement local roadway projects in rural and disadvantaged communities.
Consulting firms are invited to submit a statement of qualifications.
