The Omaha-Council Bluffs Metropolitan Area Planning Agency (MAPA) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms with experience in the development, marketing and outreach related to employer-based travel demand management (TDM) programs to assist with the MAPA CMAQ Clean Air Partnership Campaign in 2020-2021.
