The Omaha-Council Bluffs Metropolitan Area Planning Agency (MAPA) seeks public comment on the Draft FY2024 RPA-18 Transportation Planning Work Program. The public comment period runs from March 8 to April 6, 2023.

The Transportation Planning Work Program outlines transportation-related activities and projects for
Fiscal Year 2024 (July 1, 2023-June 30, 2024).

Regional Planning Affiliation 18 (RPA-18) is the designated transportation planning organization for
Harrison, Mills and Shelby Counties and the eastern non-urbanized portion of Pottawattamie County.

It is one of 18 Regional Planning Affiliations organized by the Iowa Department of Transportation.
The RPA-18 Transportation Planning Work Program includes the transportation projects for the Iowa
counties the RPA-18 covers.
