RPA-18 Policy Board and Technical Committee Meeting
The Regional Planning Affiliation (RPA)-18 Policy and Technical Committees will meet at the Pottawattamie County Secondary Roads Dept., 17501 Eastern Hills Dr, Council Bluffs, IA at 11:00am on Wednesday November 13. The meeting will be held in person and virtually, in accordance with Chapters 21 and 22 of the Iowa Code (Official Meetings open to Public).
