The Regional Planning Affiliation (RPA)-18 Policy and Technical Committee will meet at the Pottawattamie County Secondary Roads Dept., 17501 Eastern Hills Dr., Council Bluffs IA at 11:00am on Wednesday, August 21, 2024. The meeting will be held in person and virtually, in accordance with Chapters 21 and 22 of the Iowa Code (Official Meetings open to Public)
