MAPA Council of Officials Annual Meeting
MAPA’s Council of Officials meets for its quarterly meeting on October 4, 2023 at Bellevue Berry Farm, 11001 South 48th Street, Papillion, NE 68133.
This year’s Annual Meeting will feature Keynote Speaker Peter Mancauskas from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Center for Innovative Finance Support.
The Center for Innovative Finance Support provides tools, expertise and financing to help the transportation community explore and implement innovative strategies to deliver costly and complex infrastructure projects. It also serves as FHWA’s connection to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Build America Bureau and works in concert with it to identify and coordinate FHWA technical assistance for transportation projects receiving Bureau support.
Keynote Speaker Peter Mancauskas is the Acting Director of the Center. He leads teams which provide support and guidance on GARVEE, P3, Value Capture, State Infrastructure Bank (SIB), and Availability Payment programs. Before joining the Innovative Finance team, he served as the Finance Manager and Program Development Team Leader for the Vermont FHWA Division office.
