Council of Officials Quarterly Meeting & Regional Housing Symposium

Our December Council of Officials luncheon will include an update on MAPA Business and a keynote presentation from Ali Solis, Founding Principal of S3 Advisory Services.

We will follow the business meeting with a Regional Housing Symposium where we will hear about innovative housing strategies from a panel of local leaders, with special remarks from Congressman Mike Flood.

Alazne “Ali” Solis is a nationally recognized housing policy strategist whose innovative advocacy has secured over $7 billion in federal funding for affordable housing and community development initiatives. As founder and managing principal of S3-Solis Strategic Solutions, she specializes in federal housing and finance policy, helping expand the supply of quality homes through creative public-private partnerships that drive systemic change and economic growth.

Congressman Mike Flood represents Nebraska’s 1st District in the U.S. House of Representatives. Among many other roles, Congressman Flood serves on the House Republican Policy Committee and as Chairman of the Housing and Insurance Subcommittee.
