The Omaha Commuter Challenge was a program administered by MAPA and LiveWell Omaha from 2006-2017. There is no local commuter challenge program at this time but the National Bike Challenge is available here:

Metropolitan Area Bicycle Map

The bicycle map is a useful tool for finding bicycle-friendly routes throughout the region.  It is available in print or as a web application here:

Metro! Rideshare

MAPA’s Metro Rideshare is a free software program designed to connect people in the Omaha-Council Bluffs region who are interested in carpooling. Users are matched based on their origin, destination, and time of travel.

MAPA manages the Little Steps. Cleaner Air. ozone awareness and education program to inform the public about the ozone issue in the Omaha-Council Bluffs metropolitan area and the “little steps” we all can take to help reduce the region’s ground-level ozone.
