FY2017-2019 DBE Participation Goal
BackBelow is a MAPA’s FinalFY2017-2019 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal. For this period, MAPA projects a DBE participation goal of 1%. This goal will be obtained by a breakdown of 1% race neutral means and 0.00% race conscious means. The goals were entirely based on the availability of known, willing, and able Iowa DOT and Nebraska DOR DBE-Certified firms in both Iowa and Nebraska.
