Request For Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/RFQ)

MAPA was awarded a Veterans Transportation and Community Living Initiative (VTCLI) grant to create a one-call center. This one-call center will serve over 24 agencies currently providing disjointed paratransit services in the MAPA region, including veterans and military families. MAPA is anticipating the one-call center will provide a centralized one-call dispatch center, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the ride experience. It shall increase the transportation supply and reduce costs by sharing resources, eliminating service duplication and overlap.

The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a firm to conduct one-call center research. MAPA would like to learn the results and benefits other locations have received from their one-call center. Additionally, MAPA would like to learn about the web-based technology and applications used by the peer one-call centers. Furthermore, the consultant will recommend system and operational performance measures, which can be implemented through the one-call center.

There are six (6) tasks associated with this project. Please click here to access the RFP.
