MAPA seeks the public’s help in ranking six transportation scenarios for potential project areas, which would receive federal funding in the coming years. These scenarios are part of the development process for the 2050 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP).

The purpose of the 2050 LRTP is to provide a vision for transportation development for the next several decades.  It aims to improve the quality of life for area residents. The six scenarios are based on feedback from surveys and meetings where the public was asked to prioritize goals and strategies for the region’s transportation needs.

Join us for a public meeting on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. at the LaVista Public Library, 9110 Giles Road in LaVista.
